What is annoying about this type of presenter led documentary is that we see far far too much of the presenter. When I hear 'I'm going on a journey' at the opening of the series I have to brace myself before seeing many many shots of the presenter looking at things, which I want to see. Can we not have this, and just see the object or scene in question? I am not at all interested in seeing the presenter gaping at things or looking in awe. I do not want to see his or her reaction. I do not want a heavily 'curated' experience, I the viewer want to see the place in question, to let TV transport me to that place with as little interference from the so-called 'personality' - who far too dominant.
